International Students – Verification
Verification of Financial Support and Visa Information Form
Students who wish to obtain an F-1 student visa must provide a letter of financial verification (see Verification of Financial Support and Visa Information form). The documentation must include an original bank letter and/or offer of financial assistance confirming adequate funds to cover tuition and expenses for one year, with the assumption that funding will continue for the duration of the degree program. Note: Verification of financial resources is not necessary for an admission decision, however it is required by the University of Denver in order for the I-20 paperwork to be issued to accepted candidates. All sections of this form must be completed and submitted with the Application for Admission. Incomplete forms will delay application processing. US Permanent Residents must submit the Verification of Financial Support and Visa Information form and provide a photocopy of their Green Card.
