Designed to be delivered either as an online program, or in a classroom setting, the LEAN for Healthcare programs provide professionals within the industry the knowledge necessary to implement a LEAN program that reduces waste and adds value to their shareholders and customers.  Choose from either Green Belt training which provides training on LEAN concepts, tools, and practices and their effective application, or the more in-depth Black Belt training.  Program is available in either a non-credit version or you can take it for graduate level credit.
